General:  

• Camps are available in one-week increments.

• Sessions are from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

• All materials are included in the camp cost.

• The cost is $215 /week per camp.

• Open to ages 6-14. Students will be grouped by age and given appropriate activities for their ability. 

Food and Snacks

• Students should bring a snack and water bottle. Both must be labeled with the student’s name. No snacks will be stored in the fridge, please make sure they are non-perishable.

• If your child is staying for the full day, bring a peanut-free lunch labeled with the student’s name. We can store lunches in the refrigerator.

• We take a snack break outside, weather permitting, for 15-30 minutes. Sunscreen is recommended.

• On Fridays, we go on a walking field trip in downtown Long Grove to a candy store and ice cream parlor. If you want your children to participate, they should bring $5 to $10 for candy and ice cream on Fridays.

Registration:  

Payment is due upon selection and registration of a camp session. If you have any trouble during payment, please call us at (847) 383-6673.

Attendance is not secured until payment is received. Early registration is encouraged to ensure space in the camp of your choice.

Registration must be completed one week before the applicable camp begins.

Refund Policy:   

Fees are refundable if requested at least one week before a camp's start date ($20 processing fee applies). No refunds will be given once a camp has begun. RSA has the right to cancel any camp, in which case fees are 100% refundable. Registration is not transferable. No refunds will be granted in the case of early withdrawal or absences.
